Well Read, Well Lived
Well Read, Well Lived is a series of programs that promote health literacy and social engagement for community members of the Moultonborough, NH area. Wellness Reads, a book club facilitated by a community health educator, provides adults the opportunity to explore and enhance their knowledge of various health topics through reading and community discussions. Tales and Travel Memories, an innovative book and reading program for people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, brings together an underserved population for engaging dialogue with health professionals.
