Pilot Certified Nursing Assistant Program (CNA) is targeted at providing opportunities for diverse and minority students who come from under-served and marginalized populations to learn through health education, training, practice, and final certification. The program will emphasize understanding our present health care systems, explore avenues for advancement, and use Open Educational Resources (OER) in allied health professions and health science fields, as required resources and tools for this success. Our program is designed to include resources from the National Library of Medicine, i.e. PubMed, Clinical Trials.gov, and MedlinePlus.
