How does a public library reach its community with Black Maternal Health information? In this webinar, Sarah A. Montrichard-Ramón Cabrera from the Brooklyn Public Library will provide information about successful past and upcoming public programs on Black Maternal Health. She will be joined by Nuratu Otulana, who will share their experience collaborating with the library. This webinar will share best practices for community partnerships around health topics and provide examples of how attendees can implement similar partnerships in their community.  

This webinar will explore programs designed to spotlight and address racial health disparities, while championing the holistic well-being of Black birthing individuals. From fostering awareness to nurturing postpartum health, this webinar promises to equip attendees with the tools and inspiration needed to make a tangible difference. Through compelling examples and expert guidance, learn how to ignite similar transformative initiatives within your own community. Attendees will leave the webinar equipped with knowledge, resources, and inspiration to actively contribute to the transformation of Black Birthing Health outreach within their own communities.
