This meeting is for librarians and library workers who work in public libraries in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

The first half will include a presentation on Region 6 of NNLM and how we can help public libraries meet the health information needs of their communities. The second half will include time for questions, suggestions, feedback, and brainstorming on health-related topics, webinars, resources, and other services public libraries in Region 6 might be interested in.

Please join us for a public library connection meeting. This meeting aims to bring together public library professionals like you who are dedicated to serving their communities and meeting the health information needs of library patrons.

The event will be divided into two halves to provide valuable insights and interactive discussions. In the first half, Bobbi Newman of Region 6 of NNLM will share how we support public libraries in meeting the health information needs of their communities.

We will dedicate 25 minutes to open dialogue and brainstorming during the second half. This is your chance to ask questions, provide suggestions, share feedback, and participate in brainstorming sessions on health-related topics. We want to hear directly from you, the librarians, and the library staff about the health information webinars, resources, and other services that would benefit your public libraries.
