Stefania Acosta Ramirez s is the Engagement Specialist for Spanish-speaking Communities of the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) All of Us Community Engagement Center based out of the Hardin Library for the Health Sciences at the University of Iowa. She is dedicated to communications research, health promotion, and environmental education.
Her experience has strengthened community and interdisciplinary networks that promote social change, diversity, environmental health, and environmental protection. She is convinced that significant transformations are only possible through committed participation, dialogue of knowledge, and social justice.
