Bailey Sterling, MSIS
Student Engagement & Marketing Strategist, Region 3
E. Bailey Sterling MSIS is the Technology & Library Information Science Coordinator with the Network of the National Library of Medicine, Region 3. In her work, Bailey focuses on developing and disseminating digital resources to improve health information literacy primarily in vulnerable and historically excluded communities in the seven-state region of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. She is also charged with supporting student engagement with NNLM, DOCLINE regional support, and written/visual communications.
Bailey is a '21-'22 Medical Library Association Research Training Institute Fellow, MLA Disaster Information Specialist, and Communications Chair of the MLA New Members Caucus. Her research interests include disaster information literacy and analog gaming.
