Associate Fellowship Program Coordinator, OET

My primary job is coordinating the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Associate Fellowship Program, a program for early career librarians interested in creating innovative and equitable futures for biomedical libraries. As an Office of Engagement and Training (OET) staff member I also serve as a back-up Project Scientist for Region 1 and 4; and I am the OET representative to the DOCLINE Coordinating Committee. am actively involved in workforce training, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility efforts across NLM and NIH, and leadership development.
